Steven Tikas is an AI solutions engineer and full-stack developer who ships complete products — not demos. Recent work spans an AI-powered career workspace covering resume tailoring, mock interviews, and networking outreach, a document-AI pipeline that reads architectural drawing sets, and a self-hosted family platform running local and cloud models side by side.
I come from a background of over 20 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Service, and Manufacturing. I'm looking to the future and see how AI is changing everything and want to be part of a company that sees that as well and is ready to use it to better their business and their customers lives.
When I'm not working, you can find me exploring new technologies, contributing to open-source projects, or reading books.

An AI career workspace covering resume tailoring, cover letters, skill-gap analysis, mock interviews, and networking outreach — with AI usage limits and per-user data isolation built in. Job discovery is fully built but hidden pending job-board legal clearance.
A document-AI pipeline that reads architectural drawing sets: routes every page, parses window and door schedules, and computes glazing quantities deterministically — with source sheet, page, and confidence attached to every extracted row.
A self-hosted family platform delivered spec-first across nine phases. Private questions run entirely on local models so household data never leaves the network; general questions route to Claude behind an explicit confirm step. 433 automated tests.
A CrewAI-powered multi-agent system that automates YouTube product review content creation. Generates research reports, scripts, SEO keywords, titles, descriptions, and product images for a project which is then easily turned into a great looking product video
